She was the perfect stripper for a bachelor party. There was only one problem...she was dead.

Christian slater, Cameron Diaz, Jon Favreau, Jeremy Piven, Daniel Stern and Leland Orser star in the savagely funny, unexpected comedy, VERY BAD THINGS. Kyle Fisher (Favreau) has on last night to celebrate life as a single man before marrying Laura (Diaz), so he sets out to Vegas with four of his best buddies. But a drug and alcohol filled night on the town with a stripper who goes all the way, turns into a cold night in the desert with shovels when the strippers goes all the way into a body bag after dying in their bathroom. And that’s just the first of the bodies to pile up before Kyle can walk down the aisle. The four friends decide to bury the evidence, but fate has a way of not letting the truth stay buried for long – several ways in fact, all outrageous, all hilarious and full of jaw-dropping surprises

Well, what can I say about Very Bad Things? One word actually. Hilarious. That is, of course, if you like dark, and often times vulgar humor. I know I do!

Although the plot is somewhat far-fetched (or is it?), it is entertaining nonetheless. Both the characters and unpleasant circumstances they faced had me slapping my knee on a few occasions. But then again, I might have been under the impression of narcotics.

All the actors gave reasonable performances. However, both Christian Slater and Daniel Stern stand out in my mind as the most memorable, and by far most entertaining.

If you enjoy lewd, low-brow and violent movies, then perhaps Very Bad Things might be right up your alley.

Overall I give this flick a 3 out 5.

As with all movies that I recommend/review, I definitely suggest giving this bad boy a rent.
